Shipping Policy

At AuraCitta, we ensure timely delivery while maintaining the quality of our products.

Processing Time:

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours of order placement.

Delivery Timeline:

• Orders within India: Typically delivered within 5–8 working days.
• Remote locations (Jammu & Kashmir, North-East India): Delivery may take up to 10 working days.
• Exceptions: Public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or product unavailability may extend delivery time to 2 weeks.

Order Tracking:

• You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us at support@auracitta.com.

Courier Services:

We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your pincode.

Missed Deliveries:

If tracking shows a delivered product but you haven’t received it:

1. Verify with family, neighbors, flatmates, or your office mailroom.
2. If genuinely undelivered, inform us at support@auracitta.com within 48 hours.
3. After investigation (which may take up to 10 working days), we will issue a refund for valid claims.
