Exchange & Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and handle exchange and return requests with care.

Eligibility:

  • Inform us about exchange/return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must have the original sticker label, be folded properly, and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange Policy:

  • Size or Wrong Product: Free exchange for a different size or correct product of the same value.
  • If the new product costs more, the difference must be paid online.
  • Free reverse pickup is arranged for eligible exchanges.

Return Policy:

  • Refunds are only processed for defective products.
  • For defective items, email us at support@auracitta.com with order details, issue description, and photos of the product.
  • Exceptional cases of non-defective returns will incur a ₹100 deduction for reverse pickup logistics.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a provided bank account.
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Variations in color or design due to screen settings are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged packages should not be accepted at delivery.
  • Sale items and discounted products are non-refundable.
  • Washed or used products are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Only one exchange/return request is allowed per order.
